MXA will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods... Under no circumstances will MXA be held liable for any fitting charges incurred by the purchaser. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure he has the correct parts prior to fitting. This can be as simple as comparing shape and size of the new items with the parts to be removed from the car. In the rare event of an item being defective we shall act on the customer's behalf to obtain compensation for fitting charges from the manufacturer/UK importer. If the manufacturer/importer refuses compensation then we shall not be held liable. No liability is accepted by MXA where purchasers attempt to modify or install components where it is known or ought reasonably to be known to the purchaser that the part is incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in accordance with the order.
